You are looking at the front of the house from the country road.

The roof and front windows are new!

The property is bordered by Orange Groves on 2 sides, and an "Old Florida" cattle pasture facing the front of the house, you are very much in the country!

You can have your country and your convenience too!

Publix is a mere 11 minutes away, Walmart is 17 minutes, and the mall is only 15 minutes from the house. Disney and the attractions are about 45 minutes.

Make fresh lemonade from the abundant lemon tree in the front yard!

Or enjoy freshly picked tangerines and grapefruits from the back yard!

This house has a great open layout, making the 2 bedrooms, 1 bath feel like a vacation home in the country.!

The den is currently being used as a 3rd bedroom.

From your own laying hens, included in the sale if desired!

These hens are giving more than a half dozen eggs a day!

They currently reside in this chicken coop and henhouse on the property. This area could also be used for a fenced in garden area and garden shed if you are not "poultry inclined".
